January 4th comes swiftly on the wing, and we'll soon be back to school!
Hope everybody's having a great holiday so far. I want to read all about it on your blogs!
But let me kick things off with this post. We were in the Georgian Bay Area of Ontario and almost didn't find our way to our resort on Sunday evening. Someone kept saying we were going to stay at "Cedar Cottage Resort"; so I typed in the resort name into my GPS unit.
Nope, nothing of that name. The address? "134 Cedar Resort Lane," I was told.
Nope, no such place. It was getting dark already. Exasperated, I asked to look at the piece of paper with the name and address on it.
And there it was, lo and behold: Cedars Cottage Resort, at 134 Cedars Resort Lane. And the GPS had it in there and took us to our rustic accommodations for the night.
So, what does it matter, that little "s" in the spelling? "Consumer Road"? "Basic Food"? "No Frill"? Who cares?
Unless you're stuck with your GPS without the letter "s" in a blizzard on Blue!
Beautiful finish for a beautiful year. Goods and fresh ideas are coming. Every year should start in this way

We can not finish a year without sitting a minute to reflect.
ReplyDeleteWe must first look back and think What we did right, What we did wrong?.
We have to think primarily in what we did wrong to never repeat it again.
Then we must look ahead thinking about what we did wrong and set a new direction with new goals and objectives, and to have always in our plans to our sacred family that is why our future.
This country is for those who sacrifice for their own future and the future of his family. We must never forget God as creator of this beautiful world that lies ahead.
Always remember that the first and most important in our lives of immigrants is the language as key to lock and keeps the treasures that are awaiting for us.
Keep calm, we have a whole life ahead and people who want to help and teach us are beside us.
The 2010 is right ahead our noses.
Begin to walk again,
