Update: Press Conference at City Hall, Jan 27, 2011

Please take note that many newcomers are expected to attend a press conference downtown tomorrow instead of going to 200 Consumers Rd. The media event offers information about ongoing and future cuts to newcomer services.

It's not hard to get there. Those leaving from Don Mills Station can choose to meet on the subway platform from 9:30 a.m. If they leave Don Mills at 9:45 a.m., they should transfer to a southbound train at Sheppard Yonge Station and get off at Queen Station, downtown.

From Queen Station, they can walk west on Queen Street to City Hall and join their other classmates by 10:30 a.m.

The press conference itself begins at 11 a.m.
