PLAN B FOR TODAY--Field Trip Friday, July 29: Scarborough Rotary Ribfest

 Plan B:

 According to the weather forecast at 7:45 a.m., the rain is supposed to continue into the afternoon.

So please meet in class today rather than going to the park in the rain.

What have Pizza Pizza, Ontario Corn Roasters, Alabama Lemonade, Lickety's Ice Cream and Philly Cheese Steaks got in common with Bad Wolf BBQ, Jack the Ribber, and Hawgs Gone Wild?
 


They're all gonna be at this year's Scarborough Rotary Ribfest, the tenth one organized by the Rotary Club of Scarborough.

MicroSkills' visit to the Ribfest is the third in a series in July to help dispel ideas that Toronto is a lifeless, boring city as compared to the dashing homelands of some of its new immigrants. Well, there's only one way to find out--come join us at Thomson Memorial Park on Friday, July 29th!
